‘REFER A FRIEND’ Referral Promotion

Terms and conditions

1. When a person refers a “franchisee lead” who then becomes a Kitset Assembly Franchisee during the term of this promotion, the referrer will be given a $5,000 cash payment.
2. For the purposes of this promotion, a “franchisee lead” is a person who has been introduced to our business by you the "referrer".
3. There is 1 x $5,000 payment made available for the referrer. Only 1 x $5000 payment per newly referred franchisee. New franchisees must meet Kitset Assembly Services criteria, approval process and franchisee fees must have been paid.
4. $5,000 payments will be available 5 working days after the new franchisees' 4-week training period is complete and their 'franchise fees' have been paid.
5. This promotion runs from 1 July 2022 until further notice and applies only to franchisees that are both approved and paid during that period.
6. The “Refer a friend” referral promotion is available to personal consumer referrals only and not available to the general business community in the form of commission payments.
7. Proof of identity for the referrer will be required.
8. Kitset Assembly Services' decision about:
   a. Whether a franchisee has been introduced by another;
   b. Whether to approve a franchisee; or
   c. Any other matter relating to this promotion or these terms and conditions;
   Is in each case final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. To qualify for this promotion, referrers must be aged 18 years or older.
10. By entering this promotion, participants acknowledge they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
11. By accepting a referrer payment from Kitset Assembly Services, referrers will also be taken to agree that Kitset Assembly Services may use their names and photos of them for promotional purposes.
12. Kitset Assembly Services and its related companies collect and hold certain details of your personal information for the purposes of these promotions. You have the right to access and correct your personal information under the Privacy Act 1993.
