There are 2 parts to the Fee structure in Franchising.
The initial is called an Initial Franchise Opportunity Fee. This is the investment of $45,000 + GST, which gives you rights for 15 years (3 x 5 year terms). Upon this investment you are granted a territory from which to grow your business, build goodwill and ultimately improve equity for when you are ready to assign or on sell your business down the track.
Included in this initial fee, the Franchisor includes up to 4 weeks of training, uniforms and marketing collateral.
We operate a 'BYOV' (Bring your own vehicle) model, and you will need to have a suitable vehicle (van or ute), that will need to be wrapped in Kitset branding (approx $5,000 + GST) at your cost.
The 2nd part of the fees are the ongoing monthly Royalties. Our model is based on a fixed monthly fee, meaning the more you earn, the more you get to keep. $1,700 + GST per month is that amount an in return you get full support with your business, ongoing training, Supply Partner representation and negotiation, Marketing (including best in class online booking platforms & digital marketing programs), a Customer Experience Team to handle incoming customer and supplier bookings and enquiries and accounts billing and collection from Suppliers. All this from a team of highly trained and experienced support staff.
To put that in perspective, for less than half the cost of a full time employee, the Franchisor provides all of this for you to leverage the brand and your time to grow your own revenue and business worth.
Whilst no qualification is required, you will need to be comfortable with practical applications. Full training is given on our systems and assembly methodologies.
Franchisee's who grow quickly are also happy meeting people, talking about their business and selling the services.
With our network of national supply agreements with large retailers, Kitset Assembly Services receives a large amount of referral work, processed through the website and Customer Experience team.
To compliment this, Franchisee's are trained in Local Area Marketing techniques to help them build direct customer referral and repeat business.
Kitset Assembly Services currently have locations available in Auckland, Waikato, Gisborne, Nelson, Christchurch, West Coast, Timaru and Queenstown.
The Kitset Assembly Services initial training program is a comprehensive schedule that covers all facets of our Job Management system, Local Area Marketing, Health & Safety, Business Growth and Administration.
Once you have the basics, the program includes 3 weeks of 'on the job' training, in the field with Franchisee's, learning the assembly techniques and efficiencies.
Once you are underway in your own territory, our Field Support team continue to monitor and guide you through the business growth and skills uplift to ensure you continue to maximise your earning potential.
